- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT USE ANIMAL CLINIC? THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE CLIENTS THAN CORRECT A MISTAKE. Animal clinic wants to lose customers. I never complain on social media but I dropped my dog off to only be groomed Monday but when I went to pick him up they had took upon their selves to give him $50 in vaccinations in which he had in February at animal aid. No one asked or called me about him getting or having vaccinations. With that being said I was told I had to pay or I couldn't get my dog but They would talk to Dr workman. They had a few days and called and said they will NOT REFUND me the cost. They would rather lose clients then credit $50. I have spent lots of money there over the years. With that being said I am looking for a new groomer and somewhere to bored him when on vacation.
