- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪this should be a five star review, if a business like a doctor's office were all about the doctor... Doctor Coffey is AWESOME! Melissa and Julie are the best too! the facility is GREAT! ...but due to Kathy, the one that answers the phone, the first face of the office and the only unprofessional there, i am going to choose another doctor. it is sad that one person can ruin a business, but it has happened. she is never smiling, makes comments about the last person, things like eyerolls and ugly looks... just not professional at all. then there is the thing with paying before seeing the doctor... it is like calling me a crook before you even know me! it may not be her policy, maybe she is following orders, but it is her that presents it, and makes it sound dirty business. so i am scouting my doctors list, and will have another doctor by tomorrow. one would think, in this day and age, knowing how easy it is to lose clients, patients or business of any type, customer service is the key. and when you allow one person (albeit, it is the first contact and voice person) to destroy something so good, it is just bad business. the doctor and the nursing staff are the best, the lady at the desk, takes their 5 stars down to 2 stars. sad they chose to ruin an otherwise great practice.September 06, 2017by Mandy Reedy
